Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. As each item is a one-off what you see in the photograph is the piece you will receive. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from a non Sterling (UK Pounds) region, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We package each item by hand and ship by UPS or Parcel Force (Worldwide) to ensure your purchase receives you in the condition in which it left our premises.
Delivery Schedule We will typically ship your purchase on the next working day. UK customers can expect to receive their goods on the following (working) day, overseas deliveries take a little longer.
Back Orders Since each item is an individual we do not normally accept back-orders. If the item you want to buy has already been sold we can try to locate a similar item for you but this is obviously dependent on the item in question.
Tax Charges There is no VAT on antiques and second hand items.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card details are taken on the secure website of our payment processor using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on our or any other web site.
